UserAuthGuard Safety Alert Text Messages

UserAuthGuard Safety Alerts is an SMS notification service for authorized K-12 school district staff. Designated staff members receive time-sensitive text messages about student-safety signals, campus security events, and critical device or operational alerts detected by the UserAuthGuard platform.

Messages are sent only to district employees whose school has enrolled them as alert recipients. This is not a marketing program and messages are never sent to students, parents, or the general public.

A staff member begins receiving safety-alert SMS text messages only after they add their own mobile number in the UserAuthGuard dashboard (Settings → Safety Alert Recipients) and check the consent box shown below. The box is unchecked by default, and providing consent is entirely optional — it is never required to purchase, use UserAuthGuard, or as a condition of employment.

Message frequency varies and depends on safety-alert activity at the recipient's schools. Recipients may receive anywhere from zero messages in a quiet week to several messages on a day with active alerts.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are billed by the recipient's mobile carrier according to their plan. UserAuthGuard and Asan Digital LLC do not charge for the text messages themselves.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further safety-alert texts, unless you re-enroll.
