Built in Pennsylvania, for schools

The team behind UserAuthGuard

We have been building software for school buildings since 2017. UserAuthGuard exists because the districts we already served kept losing Chromebooks — and money — to tools that could not answer one question: who has this device?

Our story

UserAuthGuard is built by Asan Digital LLC, a Pennsylvania technology company serving schools since 2017. Our first product, EduQueue, has processed more than 5 million campus check-in records for schools nationwide.

Working inside those schools, we watched districts juggle 7–10 separate tools for device management — and still fail at the core problem: student accountability. Spreadsheets said one thing, Google said another, and nobody could prove who had which Chromebook.

So we built UserAuthGuard: 1:1 device accountability enforced at the Google Workspace level, with the repair, return, and inventory workflows a real tech department runs every day.
