2. Service Description

User Auth Guard is a Chromebook management solution designed for educational institutions. The Service interfaces with Google Workspace Admin SDK to provide device management, organizational unit management, user provisioning, and policy enforcement capabilities for educational Chromebook fleets.

3. Account Registration and Requirements

3.1 Google Workspace Administrator Account

To use the Service, you must have a valid Google Workspace administrator account with the necessary permissions to grant access to the required Google Workspace Admin SDK scopes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Data Collection and Use

4.1 Required Data Access

The Service requires access to certain Google Workspace data through the following scopes:

  • Chrome OS device metadata
  • Organizational unit information
  • User provisioning data
  • Chrome policy management
  • Customer domain information

4.2 Data Usage

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide the Service's core functionality. This includes:

  • Device management and monitoring
  • User-device association
  • Policy enforcement

  • We discontinue the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
